EMDR is a popular and effective treatment in recovery from narcissistic abuse and domestic violence, EMDR helps access and process, effectively allowing the nervous system to regulate. I also work through other modalities such as Somatic (holistic physical regulation), Cognitive Behavioral or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy if an individual feels EMDR is not for them.
