Welcome! I want to extend a warm welcome! Are you experiencing effects of trauma and other negative life experiences? Feeling at a loss or disconnected? Feelings as if in a fog? Many people carry burdens as a result of negative or traumatic experiences in their life. EMDR is a popular and effective treatment in recovery from narcissistic abuse and domestic violence, EMDR helps access and process, effectively allowing the nervous system to regulate. Hello and welcome,

I'm so glad you’re here. My counseling approach is deeply rooted in understanding family systems, and how your upbringing and early relationships, along with past traumas, play a role in your present life. It's crucial for me to understand what you've been through to see how best I can support you. I employ a trauma-informed perspective, helping you work through the memories that weigh heavily on you. Often, these memories are tied to emotions and feelings that have been suppressed for a long time. While pushing these feelings away might have once served as a survival tactic, it might not be as effective now, often casting a shadow that follows you day by day. I get it—I've been there myself.

When you're ready to start the healing process, I'll be right here, ready to start on this journey with you. My aim is for you to feel whole, grounded, and connected. By integrating inner child work and cutting-edge neuroscience, we explore your autonomic nervous system and strive for lasting neurological changes through a somatic-based therapy model known as EMDR therapy. EMDR stands on the forefront of brain science, helping to deeply process memories and emotions, facilitating the healing of trauma.
